[سورة النحل] ثُمَّ كُلِي مِن كُلِّ الثَّمَرَاتِ فَاسْلُكِي سُبُلَ رَبِّكِ ذُلُلاً يَخْرُجُ مِن بُطُونِهَا شَرَابٌ مُّخْتَلِفٌ أَلْوَانُهُ فِيهِ شِفَاء لِلنَّاسِ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ {69}, (thoumma koulî min koulli th-thamarâti fasloukî souboula rabbiki dhouloulan yakhroujou min bouṭôunihâ charâboun moukhtalifoun alwânouhou fîhi chifâ' linnâçi 'inna fî dhâlika la'âyatan liqawmin yatafakkarôun), [سورة الإسراء] وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَاء وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلاَ يَزِيدُ الظَّالِمِينَ إَلاَّ خَسَارًا {82}, (wa nounazzilou mina l-qour'âni mâ houwa chifâ'oun wa raḥmatoun lilmou'minîna wa lâ yazîdou ḍh-ḍhâlimîna 'illâ khasârā), [سورة فصلت] وَلَوْ جَعَلْنَاهُ قُرْآنًا أَعْجَمِيًّا لَّقَالُوا لَوْلَا فُصِّلَتْ آيَاتُهُ أَأَعْجَمِيٌّ وَعَرَبِيٌّ قُلْ هُوَ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا هُدًى وَشِفَاء وَالَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ فِي آذَانِهِمْ وَقْرٌ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِمْ عَمًى أُوْلَئِكَ يُنَادَوْنَ مِن مَّكَانٍ بَعِيدٍ {44}, (wa law ja`alnâhou qour'ânan 'a`jamiyyan laqâlôu lawlâ fouṣṣilat 'âyâtouhou 'a'a`jamiyyoun wa `arabiyyoun qoul houwa lilladhîna 'âmanôu houdân wa chifâ' wa l-ladhîna lâ you'minôuna fî 'âdhânihim waqroun wa houwa `alayhim `amā 'oulâ'ika younâdawna min makânin ba`îd), [سورة يونس] يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جَاءتْكُم مَّوْعِظَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَشِفَاء لِّمَا فِي الصُّدُورِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ {57}, (yâ 'ayyouha n-nâçou qad jâ'tkoum maw`iḍhatoun min rabbikoum wa chifâ'oun limâ fi ṣ-ṣoudôuri wa houdan wa raḥmatoun lilmou'minîn), [سورة الشعراء] وَإِذَا مَرِضْتُ فَهُوَ يَشْفِينِ {80}, [سورة التوبة] قَاتِلُوهُمْ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ اللّهُ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ وَيُخْزِهِمْ وَيَنصُرْكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُّؤْمِنِينَ {14}, (qâtilôuhoum you`adh-dhibhoumou l-Lâh bi'aydîkoum wa youkhzihim wa yanṣourkoum `alayhim wa yachfi ṣoudôura qawmin mou'minîna), أَفَحَسِبْتُمْ أَنَّمَا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ عَبَثًا وَأَنَّكُمْ إِلَيْنَا لَا تُرْجَعُونَ {115}, (afaḥaçibtoum 'annamâ khalaqnâkoum `abathâ wa 'annakoum 'ilaynâ lâ tourja`ôun), وَرَدَّ اللهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِغَيْظِهِمْ لَمْ يَنَالُوا خَيْرًا وَكَفَى اللهُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ الْقِتَالَ وَكَانَ اللهُ قَوِيًّا عَزِيزًا {25} [سورة الأحزاب] (لردّ الكيد), wa radda l-Lâhou l-ladhîna kafarôu bighayḍhihim lam yanâlôu khayrâ wa kafa l-Lâhou l-mou'minîna l-qitâl wa kâna l-Lâhou qawiyyan `azîzâ (7 fois), اللهُمَّ إنِّي أعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الهَمِّ والحَزَن وأعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ العَجْزِ والكَسَل وأعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الجُبْنِ والبُخْلِ وأعُوذُ بِكَ من غَلبَةِ الدَّينِ وقَهْرِ الرِّجَالِ. Pour la protection, on récite donc trois fois chaque matin et chaque soir les trois sourat suivantes : Pour persévérer dans l'obéissance à Allah, Ce que l'on dit dans l'inclination et la prosternation, Après la prière de as-soubh et de al-maghrib, Lorsqu'on souhaite entreprendre une chose, Lorsqu'on prend place dans un moyen de transport, لا Information utile : il a été dit que cette invocation fait partie des meilleures des invocations.
